Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPresales & Lead Management
- Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct outbound calling to warm and cold leads to explain project details.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and project suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales teams and clients.
- Maintain follow-up with prospects to increase site visit conversions.
CRM & Customer Relationship Management
- Update and manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Ensure timely communication with prospects to maintain engagement.
- Share project brochures, pricing, and relevant details with customers.
- Maintain customer databases, track leads progress, and generate reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with sales managers, channel partners, and marketing teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Assist with documentation, booking forms, and post-visit follow-ups.
- Support sales events, open houses, and marketing campaigns when required.
Communication & Presentation
- Provide clear project presentations to clients on call/virtual meets.
- Ensure polite, confident, and professional communication at all times.
Skills & Requirements
- Under Graduate/ Graduate in any field; experience in real estate sales/presales preferred.
- Strong communication & convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
