Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing sales and distribution activities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting business growth initiatives. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate and lead team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance and support distribution network activities.
- Oversee inventory management, stock planning, and replenishment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and vendors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Ensure smooth workflow and process compliance across departments.
- Assist senior management in achieving organizational goals and business targets.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and business performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, distribution management, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
