Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Head to lead our Bhopal showroom. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing key market relationships, and ensuring smooth showroom operations. The candidate will be the single point of responsibility for overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Market Growth
Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets
Develop strong pipeline through architects, builders, and contractors
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Team Leadership
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
Set targets and conduct regular performance reviews
Build a culture of accountability and ownership
Client & Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and key clients
Drive high-value project conversions
Position the company as a premium solution provider
Sales Process & Operations
Ensure CRM usage and lead tracking discipline
Monitor enquiry-to-order conversion
Maintain showroom standards and coordination across teams
Reporting
Share daily, weekly, and monthly business reports
Track sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly revenue achievement
Conversion ratio and pipeline growth
Client relationship development

Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
In sales (preferably building materials / construction / interiors)
Experience in handling B2B sales teams
Preferred Industry:
Natural stone, tiles, windows, modular interiors, sanitaryware, or related sectors
