Job Summary
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and assigned workspaces to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish assigned areas.
- Replenish room supplies and housekeeping inventory.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Follow cleaning schedules and hotel/company SOPs.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Support deep-cleaning activities and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school/PUC or equivalent preferred.
- 0–2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels, hospitals, or commercial facilities.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
