We are looking for a Network Engineer with strong experience in LAN, WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, routers, switches, servers, Windows technologies, and Microsoft 365 administration. The candidate will maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure while supporting users and resolving complex network and cloud workplace issues.
- 5–8 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure administration.

- Design, implement, configure, and support LAN, WAN, wireless, and associated network technologies.
- Administer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and wireless access points.
- Establish and enforce network configuration, security, and compliance policies.
- Monitor network and system performance and recommend improvements where required.
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain specialised network monitoring and management tools.
- Prepare error logs, root-cause analyses, resolution details, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prevent and resolve hardware and software malfunctions.
- Research data-processing and infrastructure-related issues and recommend suitable solutions.
- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Manage identity and access controls through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, Defender, and security policies.
- Provide technical assistance, user training, and guidance to team members.
- Maintain an efficient, reliable, compliant, and secure IT environment.
- Proven experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, licensing, security, and compliance.
- Advanced understanding of IP-based networks and telecommunications systems.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco or comparable networking technologies.
- Strong knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Understanding of Windows Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Knowledge of server, desktop, and network virtualisation technologies.
- Familiarity with MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and identity security.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-diagnosis skills.
- Ability to train users and communicate technical information clearly.
