Lead and supervise daily electrical maintenance activities within the shop floor to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
· Execute and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
· Perform advanced PLC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and program modifications to resolve complex electrical and automation issues. (Siemens & Mitsubishi).
· Diagnose faults in I/O modules, safety PLCs, communication networks (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
· Handle servo systems, VFDs, motion control systems, and industrial networks.
· Conduct CNC machine troubleshooting, including diagnostics and fault rectification for Fanuc and Siemens control systems, drives, servo motors, and associated electrical components.
· Analyze CNC alarms, servo errors, spindle faults, and communication issues to restore machine availability quickly and effectively.
· Support robotics systems maintenance, integration, and optimization to improve production efficiency.
· Drive implementation and sustainability of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives within the assigned area.
· Monitor and control maintenance KPIs including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR, ensuring targets are achieved and continuously improved.
· Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Coordinate closely with production, mechanical, and automation teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
· Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and improvement actions.
· Supervise and guide technicians to ensure proper task execution and skill development.
· Participate in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of electrical and automation systems.
· Support continuous improvement projects focused on reliability, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
