We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Senior QA Engineer who can drive quality initiatives, mentor teams, and contribute to both manual and automation testing strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Lead end-to-end QA activities across web, mobile, Windows based applications.

Understand business requirements and prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and UAT testing.

Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Identify, track, troubleshoot, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum.

Work with automation teams to design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks.

Execute parallel project responsibilities while maintaining delivery timelines and quality standards.

Continuously explore modern testing tools, AI-driven QA practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:

3–5 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Hands-on experience in Manual Testing for web, mobile and windows-based applications.

Ability to write clear, concise, and effective test cases and bug reports.

Strong exposure to Automation Testing frameworks design and scripting.

Strong experience with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress/TestComplete.

Experience working with programming/scripting languages such as Java/Python/ JavaScript/TypeScript/C#.

Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, JMeter.

Good understanding of SQL queries and database validation.

Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and Analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in AI-enabled automation testing, including self-healing frameworks and intelligent test optimization.

Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Jenkins.

Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

Experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter,NoeLoad etc.

Exposure to security testing concepts.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
