About the Internship
Aakhaash institute of Media studies is looking for a motivated and organized HR & Management Intern to support our recruitment and administrative operations. This internship offers practical exposure to talent acquisition, student coordination, organizational management, and business operations while working on real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with applicants.
- Communicate with students, interns, and job applicants regarding interviews, internship opportunities, and related activities.
- Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for internship and recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and other HR documentation.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure proper documentation of interns.
- Assist with administrative and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Generate creative ideas for recruitment campaigns, social media content, and organizational branding.
- Conduct basic research to identify potential recruitment sources and improve hiring strategies.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and support management with operational activities.
- Perform other HR and management-related responsibilities as assigned.

Eligibility
- Students or recent graduates in HR, BBA, MBA, Commerce, Psychology, or related fields.
- Prior HR knowledge or internship experience is preferred.
- If you don't have prior experience, you should be able to convince us that you're the right fit through your communication, confidence, and willingness to learn.
