Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles including store managers, team members and backend retail staff.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, references and recruitment drives.
- Conduct screening, interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback closure.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Plan and execute bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews and campus recruitment initiatives across locations.
- Travel to different cities/store locations for recruitment drives, interviews and hiring events.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and hiring timelines.
- Work closely with HR operations for smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Qualification
- Graduate, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in retail/FMCG/hospitality/QSR).
- Willingness and ability to travel for recruitment activities.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
