We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell printing and packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, understanding client packaging requirements, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in the printing and packaging sector.
- Promote printing, packaging, labels, cartons, and related products.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in printing, packaging, FMCG, paper, or related B2B sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
