Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
