About the Role
Crimson Schools is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Marketing to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and admissions growth across our schools. The role requires a highly energetic professional who can actively engage in field marketing activities, build local partnerships, support admissions teams, and execute marketing initiatives to achieve enrollment targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Admissions Support
- Drive student admissions through on-ground and field marketing activities.
- Generate qualified leads through school outreach programs, events, roadshows, and community engagement initiatives.
- Support admission teams in converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Monitor lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with prospective parents.
Field Marketing & Business Development
- Conduct market visits to residential communities, apartments, corporate offices, preschools, coaching centers, and educational hubs.
- Establish partnerships with local organizations, vendors, and community groups to increase brand awareness and admissions.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance student enrollment and market penetration.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, education fairs, and promotional events.
Brand Building & Community Engagement
- Promote the school's brand through local marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Organize and support school events, open houses, orientation programs, and parent engagement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with parents, influencers, and community stakeholders.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.
Marketing Operations
- Assist in executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for promotional activities.
- Track campaign effectiveness, lead generation metrics, and admissions conversions.
- Prepare regular reports and MIS for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, admissions, business development, or lead generation.
- Prior experience in schools, educational institutions, EdTech, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service industries will be preferred.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
- Target-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
