- Counsel patients on IVF treatments, procedures, and available services.
- Explain treatment plans, costs, and answer patient queries.
- Follow up with inquiry leads and convert them into consultations.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and the IVF team.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients during treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and counselling notes.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure smooth patient care.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
