- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and provide application updates
- Support hiring, offer rollout, and onboarding process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and HR compliance
Eligibility
- Age: Above 18
- Qualification: Pursuing Graduation
- Duration: 3–6 Months
- Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM

Stipend (Based on Successful Joinings)
- 0–7: No Stipend
- 8–12: ₹3,000
- 13–15: ₹5,000
- 16–18: ₹7,500
- 19+: ₹10,000 + Awards
Note: Interns must not ask candidates for any payment.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
