Job Summary
The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with organizational standards. The role involves managing workflow, maintaining documentation, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams, resolving process-related issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Process Coordinator acts as a bridge between departments to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of business activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Coordination
- Coordinate daily operational activities and business processes.
- Ensure process activities are completed within defined timelines.
- Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks affecting productivity.
- Track task completion and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, policies, and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Generate MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of organizational data.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a point of contact for process-related queries.
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes (MOM).
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.
Process Improvement
- Analyze operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Support implementation of process changes and new initiatives.
- Assist management in achieving operational excellence goals.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct periodic process reviews and audits.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Report deviations and assist in corrective action implementation.
Issue Resolution
- Identify process-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor service levels and ensure timely issue resolution.
Training & Support
- Assist in onboarding and training employees on SOPs and workflows.
- Provide process guidance and support to team members.
- Maintain updated training records and process manuals.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in process coordination, operations, administration, project coordination, or related roles.
- Freshers with strong analytical and organizational skills may be considered for junior positions.
