Nursing Staff Required – ICU
We are looking for qualified, dedicated, and compassionate Nursing Staff to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidates should be responsible, attentive, and capable of providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients while working closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical condition closely.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and interventions.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment as per hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and hospital protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Maintain proper communication with doctors, patients’ attendants, and the healthcare team.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the ICU.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- ICU experience preferred; freshers with relevant training may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duties.
- Ability to work efficiently in a critical-care environment.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
