Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract new clients, retain existing customers, and drive revenue growth for the salon. This role oversees digital marketing, social media campaigns, promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, partnerships, and brand management to ensure consistent business growth and a strong market presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target customer segments and create campaigns to attract and retain clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Manage website content, SEO initiatives, and online booking promotions.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Brand Management
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
- Develop promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all communications align with the salon's brand identity and customer experience standards.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Design loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and membership promotions.
- Develop email and SMS marketing campaigns to increase repeat visits.
- Create seasonal promotions and special offers to boost sales.
Events & Partnerships
- Coordinate salon events, product launches, workshops, and community engagement activities.
- Build partnerships with beauty brands, influencers, local businesses, and media outlets.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key marketing KPIs, including client acquisition cost, retention rate, campaign ROI, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Use customer feedback and market data to refine marketing strategies.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor marketing staff, freelancers, agencies, and content creators.
- Coordinate with salon managers, stylists, and customer service teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, or salon industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and CRM systems.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of beauty and salon industry trends.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Content creation and influencer marketing experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for brand growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
