Job Summary
We are looking for a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Power BI, data modeling, SQL, and business intelligence concepts, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop data models, DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Create and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify reporting needs and provide analytical solutions.
- Prepare documentation for reports, data models, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Power BI development.
- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
- Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data modeling concepts such as star schema and snowflake schema.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Good understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Microsoft Power BI Certification.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
