The role
A ramp-focused sales role for an early-career seller who wants to learn enterprise industrial software the right way. You'll work directly under a senior Account Executive, learning the Siemens portfolio and Gujarat's manufacturing market while taking ownership of a growing slice of accounts.
What you'll do
- Shadow and support a senior AE across live deals, progressively taking ownership of smaller opportunities.
- Learn to position the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio and map it to customer needs.
- Run early-stage qualification, discovery, and demo coordination.
- Support POCs, proposals, and account research.
- Grow toward independent quota ownership over the first year.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, inside sales, or technical pre-sales — or an exceptional graduate with clear aptitude.
- Fast learner, coachable, and genuinely curious about manufacturing technology.
- Strong communication; comfortable with engineers and technical buyers.
- Bachelor's degree; an engineering background is a plus.
Nice to have
- Any exposure to CAD / PLM / manufacturing software or the Gujarat industrial market.
- Prior quota-carrying or SDR experience.
First-year success
- First 90 days: product and CRM fundamentals, shadowing, and owning data hygiene.
- Months 4–6: co-selling on smaller deals under the senior AE.
- Months 7–12: owning a slice of the account list with independent pipeline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,647.67 per month
