Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
- Generate leads and set appointments for sales teams
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales goals
- Handle customer objections professionally

Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage

Salary Range
