Our offices are in Navi Mumbai, we require someone to work from the office 2 days per week.
About the Role:
The role is crucial to our scale up projects in our Mumbai office as well as BAU recruiting activities. You will be working closely with our existing TA team to ensure we attract the best talent for our business. This role offers a global scope and you will be working with stakeholders and roles across all of our markets.
Your responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, the role is a global role and you will be working across a number of different markets
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring a fit for both skills and culture.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for anticipated future hires, engaging prospective candidates and building relationships well in advance.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
- You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates pre offer stage to ensure offer objectives are met, you will be responsible for negotiating and making all offers
- You will ensure all pre onboarding administrative tasks are carried out to ensure a smooth running process.
- You will work with Talent Aquisition team to drive Employer branding initiatives
- You will work with Talent Acquisition team to drive Graduate recruitment initiatives
- Keep recruiting data up to date - using Trackstar (ATS) or any google sheets as required
- Monitor key metrices, cost per hire and time to hire
Who you are:
- 2 year + recruitment experience in an in-house position
- You have worked in a corporate global environment in a similar role
- You have excellent India market knowledge but have also worked in a Global capacity
- You have professional English language skills both verbal and written
- You will have experience working with an ATS
- Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders is a must
- You are an experienced Linkedin user
- You are commercially minded and understand the strategic implications of recruitment decisions
- You have used social media platforms to influence candidates and promote branding
- You are not afraid to explore new avenues to create meaningful change
