Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive for the Unacademy Centre in Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students and parents, explaining courses/programs, generating admissions leads, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents.
- Provide information about Unacademy courses and programs.
- Generate and follow up on admission leads.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain daily call reports and customer records.
- Achieve assigned monthly and weekly targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling/telesales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong follow-up ability.
