- Prepare and analyze financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely recognition of revenue from plot sales and project expenses.
- Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation, while minimizing outstanding debts.
- Prepare aging reports and analyze receivables data to identify risks and improvement areas.
- Implement internal financial controls and conduct periodic audits for compliance.
- Conduct statutory and tax audits; file GST returns (GSTR 1, 3B, 9, 9C) and TDS returns.
- Handle individual income tax filings and ensure tax compliance.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Required Skills:
· Proficiency in GST, TDS, advanced Excel, and accounting software.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
