Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team capability.
- Continuously evaluate system processes to recommend improvements that increase reliability and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows related to financial systems.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Additional Information:
