We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Electrical Sales Engineer with experience in the Electrical industry to drive business growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical sales expertise in LV electrical products, channel development, and industrial customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify, develop, and expand dealer and distributor networks in the assigned region.
- Generate new business opportunities through dealers, panel builders, system integrators, consultants, OEMs, and industrial end users.
- Promote and sell Energy Monitoring Systems, Power Factor Correction solutions, LV Switchgear, Metering, Capacitors, Controlgear, and LV Panel solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities for customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with consultants, utilities, EPC contractors, and end users for product approvals and specifications.
- Provide technical support and product training to dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely technical and commercial support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit plans on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Skills
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development within the Electrical industry.
- Strong understanding of Low Voltage (LV) electrical products and industrial sales.
- Hands-on experience in channel sales, dealer development, and territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to conduct technical presentations and customer demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Product Experience
Candidates should have experience in selling one or more of the following:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Satara District)
