Job Title: Helper – Production (Flexible Packaging Industry)

Job Summary
The Helper supports production activities in the flexible packaging manufacturing process by assisting machine operators, handling raw materials, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and ensuring smooth production flow. The role requires following safety, quality, and hygiene standards applicable to packaging and food safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators in operating printing, lamination, slitting, pouching, or extrusion machines.
- Load and unload raw materials such as films, rolls, inks, adhesives, and packaging materials.
- Support in shifting finished goods and semi-finished rolls to the designated storage area.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of machines and the surrounding production area (5S standards).
- Help in roll handling, packing, labeling, and stacking finished products.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and operators for smooth production operations.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage or contamination.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Assist during machine setup, changeover, and minor maintenance activities.
- Report any machine issues, material shortages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5th / 10th Pass or equivalent.
- Freshers can also apply, prior experience in manufacturing or packaging industry preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of production activities.
- Ability to lift and handle materials safely.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
Working Conditions
- Work in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Rotational shift duty (Day/Night shifts) may be required.
- Exposure to machines, heat, and noise in the production area.

- Support in achieving daily production targets.
- Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards.
- Proper handling of materials with minimal wastage.
- Attendance and discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
