As a Business Analyst at Ripik.AI, you'll be the analytical engine behind our leadership team — turning raw data from sales, product, operations, and customer deployments into dashboards, reports, and analyses that shape how we run the business.Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain business dashboards for sales, marketing, operations, product, and finance — the ones leadership uses to run the company.
- Own the weekly and monthly business reviews — prepare the reports, run the numbers, spot the variances, and flag what matters before the review.
- Run quantitative analysis — cohort analysis, funnel breakdowns, unit economics, KPI trend investigation, and anything else the business needs answered with data.
- Automate manual reports — turn recurring Excel work into repeatable, error-proof processes using formulas, Power Query, macros, or BI tools.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate business questions into structured data problems — and answers into clear recommendations.
- Build clean data foundations — define metrics, source-of-truth reports, and reusable data pipelines that the whole team can trust.
- Prepare technical documentation - to support Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with business requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong quantitative background — an Honours degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative field. From a top-tier college — SRCC/ LSR/ St. Stephen
- 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates and early-career candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Internship experience in analytics, consulting, or finance is a plus.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical instincts — comfortable with numbers, percentages, ratios, and simple statistics. You spot a wrong number in a spreadsheet before others do.
- Advanced Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, complex nested formulas, Power Query, conditional formatting, chart design. Macros or VBA is a bonus.
- Dashboard-building experience — you've built dashboards in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Looker, or Google Data Studio that others actually used.
Nice to Have
- Technical - exposure to latest technological tools and their working (Martech Tools, AI tools etc.)
- Financial modelling exposure — unit economics, cohort economics, or simple forecasting.
- Statistical analysis — A/B testing, hypothesis testing, or basic regression.
- Curiosity about industrial AI — you don't need domain knowledge, but you're excited to build it.
