We are inviting applications for the position of Lab Manager for a Diagnostic Laboratory.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Quality Management Systems
- Thorough knowledge of NABL protocols and documentation
- Ability to implement and maintain laboratory quality standards
- Experience in handling audits, SOPs, and compliance processes
- Leadership skills to manage laboratory operations and staff
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Immunology, Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology etc.
Qualification:
- B.Sc in MLT.
- M.Sc would be a plus to the Qualification.
Reporting to Managing Director or CEO
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
