Vintec Elevators is looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Supervisor to oversee elevator installation projects, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth execution at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple sites while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise elevator installation and maintenance work at project sites.
- Coordinate daily activities of technicians and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and as per company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and project managers.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage or loss.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update the operations team.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally.
