We are hiring an experienced and passionate C1 Chef with strong expertise in authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine for our growing cloud kitchen in Srinagar. Along with regular kitchen operations, our tiffin service is also a major part of our business, so candidate should be capable of handling both restaurant-style and bulk meal preparation with consistency, taste and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, hardworking and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vegetarian dishes and tiffin meals with consistent taste.
- Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock and ingredient freshness.
- Coordinate professionally with kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely order preparation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Indian vegetarian cuisine.
- Strong Knowledge of North Indian dishes and bulk cooking.
- Disciplined, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a team.
