Job Title: Store & Dispatch Executive
Department: Store / Warehouse / Logistics
The Store & Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of materials, maintaining stock records, and coordinating the timely dispatch of goods.
Coordinate the dispatch of goods, products, or materials as per delivery schedules.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Arrange transportation and communicate with transporters for pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to customers or internal teams.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with the store team to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling, packing, and loading of materials.
- Track dispatched shipments and maintain proof of delivery (POD) records.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly store and dispatch reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store area.
- Handle any other store and dispatch-related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in store, warehouse, inventory, or dispatch operations is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
