Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to drive revenue growth through the sale of EdTech and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue-generation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and outreach activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology and business solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline data.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, EdTech Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Technology Solutions, IT Services, or Corporate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Ability to build long-term business partnerships.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Working Days & Timings
- 6 Days Working
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Work Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra
