Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant and banquet service operations.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Lead, train, and motivate stewards and service staff.
- Assign duties and monitor team performance during shifts.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in the dining area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hospitality standards.
- Assist in table setup, reservations, and special event arrangements.
- Prepare daily reports and support the Restaurant Manager in smooth operations.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
