IntoAEC is an AI-powered Construction & Project Management platform built specifically for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Our platform helps architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers manage projects, teams, procurement, finances, estimates, BOQs, 2D takeoffs, and client collaboration—all from a single intelligent workspace.
We're looking for a passionate Product Designer who understands both great user experience and construction workflows. If you have a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction and enjoy designing intuitive digital products, we'd love to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to transform complex AEC workflows into simple user experiences.
- Conduct user research and gather insights from architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI components.
- Improve usability through user testing, feedback analysis, and iterative design.
- Ensure consistency across all IntoAEC modules including Project Management, BOQ, Procurement, Estimation, CRM, Scheduling, and 2D Takeoff.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends and SaaS product design best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, Product Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Experience designing SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Ability to simplify complex business workflows into intuitive interfaces.
- Experience creating design systems and interactive prototypes.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Construction Tech (ConTech), PropTech, BIM, ERP, or Project Management software.
- Understanding of construction documents, BOQs, estimates, project scheduling, procurement, or site workflows.
- Experience working with Agile product teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
