Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
At D-fine Digital Solutions, we're looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely support.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports when required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assist in business development activities and contribute to client retention.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Relationship, Customer Service, Front Office, Hospitality, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
- Strong guest relationship and customer service skills.
- Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage.
- Professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
