Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects from planning through execution, successful completion, billing & payment collection. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing project schedules, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and project execution activities
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Resolve project-related issues and mitigate risks proactively
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of project materials
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Update site progress reports and update data in ERP/CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC project management or project execution
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, especially – (VRF / Air side of Chiller), installation practices, and project lifecycle
- Strong leadership, planning, and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office and project management tools
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Language – English, Hindi, Kannada
