Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary Teachers to handle Nursery, PP1, and PP2 classes across our school branches. The ideal candidate should create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities (rhymes, storytelling, phonics, basic numeracy)
- Maintain a warm and caring classroom environment
- Develop children’s social, emotional, and motor skills
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents regularly
- Use creative teaching methods (play-way, activity-based learning)
- Maintain classroom discipline with positive reinforcement
- Participate in school events and curriculum planning
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good classroom management abilities
