JobResponsibilities :
CSR&SustainabilityInitiatives
· DevelopandalignCSRstrategieswithcompanyvalues.
· Identifysocial/environmentalneedsthroughstakeholderinput.
· PlanandexecuteCSRprograms(education,sustainability,etc.).
· Collaboratewithinternalteamsandexternalpartners.
· BuildpartnershipswithNGOs,government,andcommunities.
· Prepareproposals,budgets,andtimelinesforCSRprojects.
· Monitorprojectprogressandreportoutcomestomanagement.
· ManageCSRbudgets efficiently.
· Organizeemployeeengagementandvolunteeringactivities.
· EnsureCSRcompliancewithlegalandregulatorynorms.
· StayupdatedonCSRtrendsandbestpractices.
· RepresentthecompanyatCSReventsandforums.
Accounting&FinanceSupport
· RecorddailytransactionsinTallyERP.
· Handlejournalentries,purchases,sales,andexpenses.
· Managepettycashandperform bankreconciliations.
· Prepareandverifysales/purchaseinvoices.
· Followuponpaymentsandbilling.
· AssistinGSTandTDSfilingandcompliance.
· Maintainaccuratefinancialrecordsanddocuments.
· Generatebasicfinancialreports(P&L,BalanceSheet).
· Supportauditpreparationsandcoordinatewithauditors.
· Communicatewithvendors/clientsprofessionallyinEnglish.
· Assistsenioraccountantsandsupportadminfunctions.
SkillsRequired:
· Fresher’swithexposuretosocialwork,NGOs,orCSRactivities.
· StrongunderstandingofCSRconcepts,principles,andbestpractices.
· Familiaritywithsocialissues,communitydevelopment,andenvironmentalsustainability.
· Passionfor socialcausesandcommitmenttomakingapositiveimpact.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
