About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end warehouse operations at ShftX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse team supervision, process optimization, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations while maintaining productivity targets.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliation.
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical audits.
- Monitor inventory movement and minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses.
- Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for inventory replenishment.
Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Logistics & Dispatch
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders across e-commerce, marketplace, and quick commerce channels.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor dispatch accuracy and delivery timelines.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Maintain housekeeping and workplace organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
- Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, dispatch TAT, and warehouse productivity.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail operations
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Unicommerce and/or EasyEcom, is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
