Team Leader
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 9 LPA - 14 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- - Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives.
- - Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- - Ensure team members achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- - Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- - Motivate the team to achieve business goals and maintain productivity.
- - Handle escalations and support team members in closing sales.
- - Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.
- - Maintain process compliance and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Outbound Sales.
- - Experience in managing and handling a sales team.
- - Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- - Strong leadership and team management skills.
- - Ability to coach, motivate, and guide team members.
- - Good understanding of sales processes and target-based environments.
- - Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
- - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- - Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in BPO, Telesales, Financial Services, EdTech, Insurance, or Loan Sales will be an added advantage.
- Target-driven and performance-focused mindset.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
