Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for Hotelware, Kitchenware, Cutlery, Crockery, Hospitality Products, Furniture & Furnishings, and Plywood.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close sales.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Hotelware, Kitchenware, Cutlery, Crockery, HoReCa Products, Hospitality Supplies, Furniture & Furnishings, Plywood, Institutional Sales, or Distributor Sales preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
