About the Role
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing existing customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, securing repeat business, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. The role requires close coordination with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Repeat Business Development
- Follow up for repeat purchase orders.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Monitor customer buying patterns and proactively engage customers.
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts.
Order Coordination
- Coordinate quotations, order confirmations, production schedules, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Update customers on order status.
- Resolve delivery and service-related issues.
Payment Follow-up
- Coordinate with Accounts for outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices while maintaining positive relationships.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Prepare customer activity reports.
- Track customer feedback and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in customer relationship management, inside sales, key account management, or B2B customer service.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial products will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
