Job Responsibilities
- Testing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CCTV cameras and associated equipment.
- Testing and maintenance of Intrusion Alarm Systems and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Identification and diagnosis of faulty equipment and components.
- Generation and management of RMA (Return Material Authorization) requests for defective products.
- Coordination with OEMs for warranty claims, repairs, and technical support.
- Follow-up with OEMs regarding repair status and material replacement.
- Coordination with the Store/Inventory team for material inward and outward movement.
- Inspection and testing of incoming materials to verify whether items are faulty or in working condition.
- Preparation and maintenance of service reports, testing reports, and repair records.
- Email communication with customers, OEMs, and internal teams regarding service activities and material status.
- Support field teams in resolving technical issues related to CCTV, Intrusion, and Fire Alarm systems.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems.
- Basic understanding of Intrusion Alarm and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Hands-on experience in electronic circuit troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of RMA processes and material management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to draft and respond to professional emails.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm, ELV, or Security Systems maintenance preferred.
- Diploma holders with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
