Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Junior Sales Executive to support our sales team in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving business growth. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or build their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, and online research
- Connect with prospective clients and present company services effectively
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and client interactions
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–1 years of experience in sales (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
