About the Role
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive IT Operations and Data Entry Executive to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily system performance, ensuring accurate data processing, managing raceday activities, and maintaining overall operational efficiency in a dynamic, fastpaced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of technical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.
What You will Do:
- Handle realtime race day operations system checks, monitoring, and performance tracking
- Enter, verify & maintain accurate data related to wagering and racing
- Open/close game periods as per live schedules timing is everything!
- Communicate with onground teams for coordination and updates
- Log reports, support during emergencies, and escalate technical issues promptly
- Ensure all activities follow strict accuracy & compliance standards
Who Should Apply:
- Graduates with strong English (verbal + written) is a must.
