~ *Key Responsibilities*
* Build and maintain relationships with College Principals, HODs, TPOs, and other academic stakeholders.
* Develop and manage tie-ups with coaching institutes and educational organizations.
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and outreach activities.
* Generate leads through cold calling and networking.
* Strengthen IBS Business School's presence across assigned territories.
~ *Preferred Candidate Profile*
* Experience in the Education Industry (Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Institutes, EdTech, etc.)
**OR**
* Strong experience in hardcore sales, business development, or relationship management.
~ *Compensation*
Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
