- Prepare the enquiry capture sheet
- Sales Coordinator order taking sheet
- Tracking sales from New Business Development (NBD) & Client Retention and Re-order (CRR)
- Monitoring of Sales Field Sales Management (FMS)
- Weekly tracking of MeCA (Number of Meetings, Conversion Ratio & Average Rs Sales)
- Generating Leads through search engines like Perplexcity, Apollo.io, Seamless.ai etc.. and passing on these leads to respective sales team members
- Weekly review of MCAP (Number of meetings, Conversion Ratio, Average Rs Sales, Gross Profit, Revenue & Profit)
- Daily Monitoring of CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Follow up on orders & payment from our CRR
- Prepare a list of lost prospects from the existing & old ERP systems
- Weekly monitoring of targets vs actual achievement (Sales Target Planning Worksheet)
Skill Set Required
⮚ EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS Most important requirement. Do not hire without this skill. We can train her in all other skills. She must have follow-up skills.
⮚ Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
⮚ Good command over English. ⮚ Shorthand
