Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with 1+ year of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, coordination with sales, production and logistics teams, customer communication, documentation and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process customer orders through phone, email or internal systems.
- Check orders for prices, product details, quantities and specifications.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Factory, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
- Follow up on production and ensure timely order delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and delays.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for issue resolution.
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, invoices and other required documentation.
- Update customer and order details in CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track pending orders, deliveries and inventory requirements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Required Skills
- 1+ year experience as a Sales Coordinator in Manufacturing Industry preferred.
- Graduate from any recognized institute.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience with CRM/ERP software will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
