Job Summary:
Tachyon Technologies is seeking a visionary Head of AI to lead its Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The role is pivotal in establishing and scaling AI capabilities, driving innovation, and integrating AI solutions into Tachyon//'s service offerings. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to position Tachyon as a leader in AI-driven solutions globally.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the AI strategy aligned with Tachyon//'s business goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for AI integration across Tachyon//'s SAP, Salesforce, Data Analytics offerings
Technical Innovation:
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions for clients and internal projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver AI-based offerings.
- Evaluate emerging AI trends and tools to ensure Tachyon remains at the forefront of AI technology.
Capability Building:
- Establish an AI Center of Excellence in the Hyderabad office.
- Develop in-house expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI domains.
- Create frameworks for AI training and skill development for internal teams.
Client Engagement:
- Partner with the sales and delivery teams to design AI solutions tailored to enterprise client needs.
- Represent Tachyon in client meetings, industry conferences, and thought leadership events.
- Build long-term client relationships by demonstrating AI//'s transformative value.
Required Qualifications
- Master//'s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Strong experience in enterprise AI applications, particularly in SAP, Salesforce, and data analytics ecosystems.
- Track record of building and scaling AI teams and driving large-scale AI projects to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployments.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance considerations.
