About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Placement Head to lead and drive the placement function across our centers nationwide. The role involves ensuring exceptional placement outcomes, building strategic employer partnerships, and managing placement operations for students across the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Placements
- Lead and manage placement activities across all centers in India.
- Achieve a minimum of 90% student placement annually.
- Oversee placement drives for approximately 20,000 students every year.
- Mentor, coach, and prepare students for interviews and career opportunities.
- Ensure a professional and seamless recruitment experience for hiring partners.
Corporate & Employer Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers across the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service sectors.
- Identify new hiring partners and expand the corporate network.
- Understand employer hiring requirements and align placement strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives and hiring events.
Industry Networking
- Build a strong network with HR leaders, recruiters, and industry professionals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, hiring demands, and emerging career opportunities.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry forums.
Data & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate placement records, employer databases, and recruitment reports.
- Track placement performance across centers and analyze key metrics.
- Prepare MIS reports and presentations for senior management.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve placement performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university (Master's preferred).
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Placements, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, or Career Services.
- Preferred background in Education, Aviation, Airlines, Hospitality, or Travel sectors.
- Strong network within Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries.
- Proven experience managing large-scale placement operations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent presentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Age: 35–45 years
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
